Worst experience and horrible results. I went to Dr Emer for acne scars and was left looking worse than before. Do not trust him! He badly scarred me and didn't even care to fix the damage. How he became a dermatologist is beyond me. I wish I had read this review before going, now Im left with horrible scars.

I am very sorry to hear about this. if its been a year then we really need to see you because scars have a long-term plan and we do mulitple lasers, peels, skincare to ensure the best outcomes possible. since there is no information posted here about your specific case, please contact our office and come see us. we are very devoted to our clients and have never had a case of scarring that we know of! we hope to hear from you to see what can be done at this point so long after treatment, and to know if it truly was an issue from lasering or apart of the long term plan. Best, Dr. Emer.

This reviewers experience mirrors my own. I have been left scarred from poorly placed TCA CROSS and an overly aggressive Co2 laser. My face is badly damaged, and when I asked to come in and be seen to discuss options to try and stop any further damage, I was only met with staff members that attempt to sell you thousands of dollars in skincare upsells. I was denied the opportunity to speak with Dr Emer. When I declined to purchase skincare products, and was adamant I wanted to be seen by the doctor, I was denied and discharged. They told me to find another provider. I never imagined that a doctor would refuse to correct their work and refuse to assist a paying patient in need. Please stay away.
