Perhaps the Dr. is ok, but his office staff is rude, sloppy and never returns call, messages, emails... they disrespect the clients. Not sure how anything gets done with such incompetence. There are many excellent dermatologists and clients should not have to experience bad service. Note to Dr. Emer- your staff desperately needs training in manners and professionalism!
