Breast implant revision last year - it went terribly wrong

I had a breast implant revision done with Dr. Lawand last year which went terribly wrong, and I would like to share my experience here so that nobody has to experience what I did with her. While doctors sometimes make errors and surgeries can go wrong, the shocking lack of medicinal knowledge Dr. Lawand turned out to have is more than enough reason for her to have her license revoked.
I had previously done a BA which resulted in over dissection and I needed a capsulorrhaphy to fix this. Dr. Lawand sold it to me like a salesperson on commission. She explained what the procedure would be like, where the incisions would be placed, how long each one would be, how the final result would look as well as the suturing technique, and almost no risk of complication. She misinformed me about having done this type of surgery many times before. I agreed to do the surgery with her based on the information she gave me, unaware that the actual procedure would be completely different than what I was told.
Instead of correcting the implant pocket, she placed in much larger implants that my body was not able to support, sutured all the lining of my ribs in a terrible way that disabled me from walking properly, placed two sloppy and slanted 9 cm incisions right on my RIBS rather than breast crease, and removed excessive skin and almost all of my natural breast tissue in the process. Since there was no drainage during this extensive procedure, I suffered from a seroma shortly afterwards that the doctor neglected and told me was part of healing (the doctor was not familiar with the term "seroma"). At the same time, one of the implants started rupturing just 3 weeks after the surgery. The seroma kept growing until it got infected and calcified. I scheduled an emergency surgery with a trusted surgeon who found inside decomposed tissue, injured ribs due to poor suturing, and a leaking implant. I had everything taken out and my body look unrecognizable to me. I was left with the two horribly placed scars which are impossible to conceal, and a deformed pair of nearly non-breasts.
When confronted about all this, Dr. Lawand took no responsibility and blamed it on my body having not responded to the surgery. She also had her lawyer contact me and warn me that if I take legal action or contact the doctor again, I would face consequences in my country of residence. My family and I have just started legal action, but unfortunately Lebanon is a country very lenient with its laws, especially in the medical field and I am not hopeful that Dr. Lawand will be held accountable.
