Frankly, I’m not even going to add a picture because nothing has changed. At first, I really felt that perhaps my neck area looked smaller. But remember, I went in for my jowls and didn’t get the service
For which I paid. I just feel like I still have some fat under my chin that she really didn’t get. This procedure might really be worth it for some, but I’m gonna say that I wish I had saved my money.

Accutite does work for volume reduction (check my review - photos), BUT it has to be done properly.

Using the machine only doesn’t give results, operator error.

I dislike that they want to say accutite is good or facelift etc because is not.

I’m using it because I have a very bad botched fat graft case, lipo left me w more issues. But accutite is fixing it slowly but surely.

Really ladies who want accutite u must find a good surgeon who does use it and see the b&a, not just the b&a that the company gives them to promote it.

I’m sorry I write a lot but I want people to educate themselves. Is in our hands because drs would normally just take your money and bye!

So you still have the ‘lumps’?

Saw my derm on Wednesday. She said she was pleased with the results. She pointed out that my neck has much more definition and I agree. I am not disappointed, however the main reason that I went in for AccuTite was to deal with my jowls. She thinks that I will still see tightening at the three-month mark and then even more at six months. She is still recommending Morpheus8 with some filler to pump at the notches on either side of my chin and using the same vial, likely to raise the corners of my mouth. thinking about it. May do one Morpheus8 treatment anyway to deal with skin texture. A single treatment is $1500. Have to decide.

I still have a darker mark under my chin with a teeny bit of a bump that is going away.

Many surgeons suggest Morpheus with accutite, but you want to address your main concern and not everything around. Don't let your surgeon distract you and aim to target what you want.

I do see a volume reduction but then photos can also be deceiving, but I'm glad you did not have negative effects like people have shown in the wrong hands.

So it the accutite for the fat and the dr is recommending Morpheus8 for the skin?
January 20, 2020
Supposedly the radio frequency that liquifies the fat also contracts the skin but it takes 3 to 6 months. “EmbraceRF”’ is the combo of both AccuTite and Morpheus8 (microneedling with RF). I actually don’t think my doc (who I do like) was aggressive enough with my jowls and the AccuTite - I know where the swelling/numbness was and since I was awake, I know she focused a lot on my neck. I don’t disagree that Morpheus8 might give me some benefits but it’s all so darned expensive and I understand that most microneedling treatments do need to be repeated to maintain results.

I'm unsure why they say more tightening is done when the time passes. It doesn't work like that. Swelling may subside up to until 5/6 months as happened to me but it wasn't related to tightening.

If damage is done and there is sagginess or lumpiness that doesn't get better. Such lies they tell.

You’re incorrect - very incorrect. It does show better result as the time passes. 1.) accutite uses rf heat to heat the subdermal fat and rupture the fat cells... it takes your body months to fully process and excrete the fat via your lymphatic system. 2.) skin tightening without cutting is NOT instant. The RF heat penetrates into the fibro ceptal network to cause contraction but and produce collagen, and the collagen process does take some time. 6 months is the sweet spot when all of the processes have finished, showing the final results.

I know you’re not replying to me. Thanks for that though. I read many of the same things in a clinical study. For me, and I really don’t know why, my doc didn’t focus on my jowls as asked. My neck area, where she did focus, keeps improving.

I’m not incorrect, is real life. You see results straight away for good and for bad, if is good then yeh it will improve but if is bad then it won’t improve,

That’s what I meant.

I know many girls using this and the ones where it went downhill and they were told to wait 6 months or didn’t get better as they melted the wrong layers and teared apart the Tissues and now they have sagginess. That’s what I’m talking about,

Three weeks out and the swelling is going down ever so slowly - but it’s still there, especially on the right side. I’m sure the unevenness in the two side will be better over time. I still have a pea sized lump at the insertion point under my chin. The other two entry points have healed nicely.

The jowls are still there - this is what I really went in for so hoping they’ll start receding. It’s something I’ll talk to the doc about at my 6 week checkup.

Sounds very similar to my progress. My procedure was Nov 15th, 2019. I also had done both the neck and jowls (marionette lines). Two months out, the lump and redness under my chin is finally diminishing and the two entry points have lightened up. BUT so far I see NO skin tightening and I'm very frustrated given the cost of the AccuTite procedure.

Yeah - I went for my 6 week check up yesterday. I agree that my neck looks better but honestly, I actually went in looking for help with the jowls more than anything. I feel like I’ll need to do Morpheus8 or something else to deal with the skin laxity.
