Damaged face with scars, divots and asymmetrical

I had Accutite done on my jawline, neck and cheek area Spring of 2023.

After one year (as it takes up to 12 months to see the full affect), I have two divots above where the Accutite wand went into my cheeks. Too much fat was taken out. I have irregular skin in this area as well. On one side of my cheek has scars like rolling acne-type scarring. Morpheus8 wasn't used in this area afterwards so I wonder if the skin healed irregular.
Because so much fat was taken from my cheeks, there isn’t anything to support that area so everything has dropped. I now I have jowls which I never had before.

On top of all this, I am also asymmetrical. One side had a lot more fat taken from the jawline, neck and cheek.

It is devastating.

I like to know if anyone else has experienced this and what they have done to fix it.

For anybody thinking of doing this, please be very careful who does the procudure. I would not recommend this to anyone after seeing how much damage it has done to my face.
