Accutane Journey for 6 months at low dose

So I just want to share my 6 months journey. I tried Isotretinoin, in the Philippines they prescribed “Acnetrex” (Brand name) 20mg same as Accutane. That month I don’t know why I break out maybe due to stress of working. I go to the nearest derm clinic in our area because it felt like I have to take care of myself. I thought the Derma will just prescribed me some facial treatment but she offers me this oral medication. She told me that she notice even my body has pimple marks and some pimples in my arms so I shared that even when i’m young I have a lot of pimples at the back of my shoulder and body. In my face, This is the first instance that I have big bumps and a lot of pimples so it makes me panic a bit that I breakout but in my body, it’s always prone to pimples and causes back ache and I feel so insecure that I can’t wear sleeveless haha! :( She ask me to do some research if I really want to take this med because it has a lot of side effect like dry skin, crack lips (I recommend you use Hydrocortisone cream/ointment) I just discover it in my 3rd month of using!! So sd because I suffered a lot and my lips is super dry that when I open my mouth it hurts like hell but still thankful that I found out this cream ???? Recommended! I can open my mouth anytime after I used this. hahaha! I thought 6 months is too long but I really want to take a risk and I feel like this will be 100% effective in me, I’m positive about it and just want to get rid of my pimples LOL! And start my skin care journey after this. I don’t want my pimples to stay forever in my back at my face haha! but through patience, I see improvements in my skin :)) Also what’s good about it? Is I learn to take care of my skin, I always double cleanse and use moisturizer and serum. Don’t forget sunscreen because it really helps in the process, though I’m quiet excited to finish it because I can’t workout that much due to joint and hip pain. It saddens me that I can’t run like before so I just do workout whenever I feel like my body can.
If I will be asked if I will try Isotretinoin again?
I have love hate relationship with this medication. I love everytime I see my face become clearer, I feel good and I think I did something great and it’s a good decision. People compliment me that my skin looks great and it’s glowing. I look younger than my age because dark spots and signs of aging are lessen and I’m quiet short 5’2 so new people that I met thought I’m just a student (I’m 26 yrs old). I’m falling in love with Vitamin c serum you should try while on Accutane. This is my last month (December 2018) and I realized that while taking this you should have a positive mind and trust the process, be patient and be consistent. After this, I will take care my skin even better because I don’t want to take this medicine again. It’s worth a try but not worth to try again. Anyways hope my review helps ;) haha sorry it’s my first time but yeah!! Stay healthy and glowing ?? let’s all age gracefully ????

Hello it's my last month (December 2018) :)
Does accutane also help with the scar marks / hyperpigmentations?
