1.5 Months on Accutane, Took So Many Antibiotics for Repeated Feverous Infections, Has my Skin Been Permanently Destroyed :((

I'm so desperate :( first month 30 mg, now 40 mg, for 57 kilos. I'm uploading my 'progress', though the cysts have been reduced, I have had two instances of throat pain which lead to high fevers, and of course I'm worried, because I've taken five rounds of antibiotics (my doctor also wanted me to control the purge, so she had perscribed antibiotics for that, but then I also caught illnesses and had VERY high fevers, hope this will be the last one, because how many antibiotics can my body handle :(

But why do I look like a monster :( The texture has become so harsh (I'm also blaming my former beautician, who insisted I use Fusicort and Tretinoin gel 0.1%, which seems to have permanently damaged my skin). Everything is SO red, it's as if my skin has been through a cheese grater :( I can't believe I have become like this, there's no way anyone will seeme without make up, they'll just stare :( Will it ever get better? Please help. I'm also worried that I may have to stop taking Accutane if I have fevers again, it can't be a coincidence...

My one cheek is disastrous, it' slike an entire area that is harsh, and ugly, and red/black :((

I totally get it. I was on Accutane for 3 months and it put me through an emotional roller coaster. I know it gets worse before it gets better, hang in there!

Hang in there. It def gets worse before it gets better. I don’t think Trentonin would have messed up your skin…many people use it for acne and anti-aging. Stop everything and just do the Accutane. I used it and it gave me perfect skin. My 15 yr old just did it and went from horrible skin to perfect after 5 months. It took at least 3 months for her skin to clear. Be gentle. Our doc said just let the water go over face during shower. No soap no scrubbing. Hang in there it will DEF get better!!!
