2 years ago I visited my dentist for consultation...
2 years ago I visited my dentist for consultation for Invisalign. I was told that, although my teeth were in pretty bad shape due to overcrowding and a severe cross bite, invisalign would work for me. I booked in the next day for the imprints and my invisalign journey began!
The total amount that I paid for my treatment was $8,000(AUS). I ended up paying $4,000(AUS) up front and the other $4,000(AUS) in monthly instalments over the next year. At the time I remember thinking that this was very expensive (and it is), but the results make up for it!
I had my treatment done at Accent Dental in Perth WA. Dr Peter Wroth is my Dentist. I found the team to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Wroth is one of the leading Invisalign providers in Perth, which is why I choose Accent Dental.
I was told that my treatment would take 2 years - due to the severity of my case. It has now been exactly 2 years and I am on my last set of refinements. I can not believe the difference it has made to my teeth. My teeth are perfect!
Invisalign is pain free (my teeth were always a little sensitive when changing trays, but not unbearable) and invisible. Although I have worn Invisalign for such a long time (along with attachments on my front teeth and an elastic) not one person has noticed that I am wearing them. Most people are shocked to learn that I even have braces.
I can not recommend Invisalign enough. If you are thinking about getting it, stop thinking and just get it!
