Abilene TX. Dr Bennett is amazing and her Staff. 5 weeks post op yesterday. Progressing well. Had 2 drains in 6 days. Relieved to have them out. Started a walking routine at 2.5 weeks, and running again at 3 weeks. Pros...stomach flatter than I could have every accomplished with any exercise routine. Lost 7 unexpected pounds. Keeping that off. So glad to be in the 120s again. Still not 100 percent. Swelling is an issue. Increasing my water and when I workout I wear a sauna belt to help relieve swelling. It seems to help. See below and after pictures. So glad I did this. My clothes fit as they should.
