Quick before and after. Wearing some high rise undies that are hiding my scar. I have not been working out as I should be, so I have some work to do. But I’m thrilled. 100 percent worth every penny and any pain and feel like this is the best thing I’ve done for myself. Would recommend doctor Quigley to everyone, she’s been fantastic. Happy to answer any questions. Might post pics once I’m in better shape from working out, but until then this will be my last post for a while.

Looking awesome! She did a great job! I’m 2 weeks post TT and wondered when the tightness and swelling subsides?

6 weeks PO

My belly button is FINALLY healed up! Such a relief!
I had my six week check up yesterday and I’m cleared to go back to work, I lift a lot at work so this is a big deal, I’m so ready to go back!
At the same time the doc told me to wait about 3 more weeks before I start doing leg lifts to begin toning my core muscles, so while I’m about to start work again I have to be careful not to strain too much.
I’ve been walking on the treadmill and it feels so good..I can’t explain what it was like to work out and never see any improvement on my stomach.. it was so discouraging. Now I can’t wait to really start hitting the gym!
My next check up will be 8 weeks from now.
Couldn’t be happier with dr Quigley.. I’ve had her cell phone number and could contact her at any time and she’d answer me promptly, that’s been a comfort.
She has mentioned we might touch up with a little in-office Lipo around the four month mark if we think it’s needed, and that goes to show she really cares about the end result.
I’m very happy.
I’ll post another pic soon.

Scar

Going to start this scar away today. My scar is high and long because of all the work she had to do and skin she took off, but I’m not worried about it at all. My c section scars were barely noticeable so I know these will fade. Just a waiting game! Belly button slowly getting better, I’ve been swabbing it with alcohol to dry it up. Next appointment is in two weeks!

Thanks for the update! It does seem a smidge high - will you be able to wear a 2 piece with it? It looks like a nice clean and well healing incision though. Are you off all your pain meds? Always happy to see your updates!
Hey! Yeah it’s high and long but she had to do so much muscle repair that I’m not surprised. I’ve never ever worn a two piece and probably never will lol but i can’t wait to try on some tankinis or whatever without looking like I’m about to give birth haha.
Haven’t taken pain meds in almost two weeks!
Looking great! Can you believe it has been 4 weeks?! Are you feeling good?
