Worth It in the End

I go to gym regularly but couldn’t get definition in abdmen, I wanted, so decided to go for it. Now 4 months later it looks natural and defined, not too much. I still need to maintain it of course. Recovery took few weeks, especially swelling, but worth it in the end. Khadija explained everything clearly before gave me all instructions, which helped me decide.
