Office review: Buyer Beware

After having a pleasant conversation with Shawna the Regional Manager she was able to give me more clarity and turn things around for me. I appreciate her professionalism and her working with me. She was able to give me more insight and took accountability for the miscommunication.

Elite Body Sculpture in general was a poor experience from the Virtual Consultation to the pricing. Their email never worked and the response time is very slow. I called another office in a different state to see if I can get better service however the Roseville location was sharing my personal information and pricing with an out of state office which is horrible and an evasion of my privacy. They also influenced the other office to not give me better pricing. Roseville area manager called Houston location and to the Manager in Houston to not give me better pricing per Houston. I warn anyone to not deal with them or go here. They will take advantage of you and try to over charge you. They don’t care about service and only care about sales. They never covered the in and outs. It was only about money.
