The employees were very knowledgeable and supportive throughout my journey. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the risks and that results vary depending on each person’s body and skin type. I felt welcomed, appreciated, and taken seriously as a patient. However, one employee performed a small procedure before the doctor approved it, which affected the aesthetic appearance of one part of my scar. I wish she had waited, as this likely would have prevented that issue.

The overall process was efficient and well organized. I had my abdominoplasty (skin removal with liposuction) in April. I did experience prolonged bloating afterward, which initially worried me, but with proper guidance and massages, it improved significantly. One year later, I occasionally still feel some numbness in my lower abdomen, but overall my body adapted well and I am pleased with the recovery process.

The doctor is friendly but very direct and honest. He does not sugarcoat his opinions and will clearly tell you what is realistic and what is not. Personally, I appreciate this transparency, but if you are sensitive to blunt feedback, this may not be the right doctor for you.
