Truly the Best.
I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Dr. Kasrai and her team. I had researched options and met with different surgeons, but I knew from the moment that I met with Dr. Kasrai, that she would truly be the best. I appreciated that she took the time to understand my concerns, and offered a solution that offered the correction I was looking for, while still looking very natural. Dr. Kasrai's expertise and kindness put me at ease the day of the surgery (my first ever), and I knew I was in good hands. I followed her post-op instructions thoroughly and recovery was a breeze (over the counter medication was all I needed and I was back to work after a few days).
A special mention to Eva, the Patient Care Coordinator, who was so helpful throughout the process and made it feel so seamless.
I am thrilled with the results and honestly so happy I went through with the otoplasty. My only regret is not doing this sooner.
