Pro's--love the size and I don't feel deflated. I am more confident naked.

Con's--I think my nipples are too low. My PS is conservative and into the "natural look". I, on the other hand, am in love with the [RS bleep] bunny, [RS bleep] star, nipples that would poke my own eyes out.

I had my implants placed a year ago and had them revised approx 3 months later because one wasn't dropping fast enough. My nipples are still not as high as I want them. This is my only complaint but it's a pretty big one in my eyes. My PS said he could do an office procedure to lift my nipple placement without going under anesthesia. I have never heard of this and just wondering if anyone else has???

The location of your nipples after breast augmentation depends on the location of your nipples prior to surgery and to the technique of placing the implants ( location, type of implant, type of pocket made). If you are not happy with the location of your nipples - it may require a breast lift(mastopexy). Occasionally, vdry small adjustments of the nipple position can be made by "cresent lift" under local anesthesia. I am not a big fan of these, but your plastic surgeon - examining your situation would be the best judge of this.
