Straight from my first consultation, I could tell I was in good hands with Dr. Elluru. He was kind and the impression I have is that he is very down to earth. Both him and his coordinator Brooke were very understanding of my concerns and my desired results and they were able to give me realistic expectations. The procedure itself took about 2 hours and the results have exceeded my expectations. The down time was pretty minimal- I had the procedure on a Friday and back to work on Monday, however I was a little sore for a couple of months afterwards. Completely worth every penny. I'm about 6 months post op, and pleased to say that I am very happy with the work done.

I am almost 2 yrs post op from an implant exchange with a lift. My first set were 13 yr old 780cc and we opted for a smaller more natural size of 525cc. The lift made my nipples look the way they did prior to 4 babies and the size of the implants are perfect for my shape. Dr Elluru is a perfectionist and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to family and friends! If I ever decide to have more work performed, he will be my first choice of surgeons! This doctor and his team are "Top Shelf"!!! I would recommend without hesitation. Not only do they have a great bedside manner but the real "Top Shelf" is in the results. I am beyond happy with the results. I in no way expected what I received, from first visit to last was definitely a journey worth traveling and the pre/after care recommendations were well worth listening to. I went from looking like I was in a boxing ring to 5 days later, barely knowing I had anything done. This all due to the pre recommendations by Dr. Elluru and of course following all after care recommendations as provided. If you want your journey to be a good one, take your time and read all of his review's!!! It's what sold me and today, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this doctor and his team!! Great group of people with genuine excitement and care for you... Don't wait like I did.... I should have done this 10 years ago. The amount of clearer vision I have and the lack of heavy eyes that no longer make me sleepy all the time..... I feel like a whole new person. No regrets!!

Dr. Elluru is extremely good at communication and collaboration. I could not be happier with my results and had a great experience from beginning to end with Dr. Elluru, his office staff an the surgery center where I had my surgery. I highly recommend.

2 kids. Gained over 100lbs with each pregnancy. Loose skin on thighs, abdomen and hips. Opted for extended abdomnioplasty with lipo on outer thighs. Currently, 2 weeks post op. Still have drain tube in and back to work. Not happy with flanks, butt,boobs and inner thighs now. Will schedule more surgery later. Updated on 6 Jan 2021: Had tube removed finally. Still swollen. Hard to sit for long periods of time or wear jeans. Applying scar cream every night and icing abs to reduce swelling. Will have another check up in a month. Have very few stitches sticking out. Got a yeast infection from being on antibiotics so long.

I am a 40-year-old mother of three ages 21, eight and six. I have wanted a boob job since my boobs stopped growing at age 16. Having children and breast-feeding only made it worse in addition to weight fluctuations. I started the keto diet in January of this year and have since lost 50 pounds! I am 5 foot eight 170 pounds and a 36C prior to surgery. I am scheduled for a lollipop lift with 490cc implants tomorrow morning! I am beyond excited and a bit nervous about the acting and recovery but I have total confidence in my surgeon. I knew he was the one for me when he came in the room. He put me right at ease and while there was a slight uncomfortableness about standing naked in front of two people looking at my body they put me at ease by humoring my awkward jokes. Lol! Updated on 29 May 2020: Feeling quite sore and wishing the pain meds took me down enough to sleep more than an hour at a time but I know it’s only a for a short amount of time in the grand scheme. Just resting this week. Post op appt is in a week and I have to leave the bra on until my appt. I have to call in the morning to get another antibiotic. I couldn’t remember the name of the antibiotic that I had a reaction to (10years ago) and low and behold it’s this one. Itchy legs and low fever. Fever is gone now since I only took one pill and legs feel better too. Same exact thing as last time except I kept taking them for three days until I realized what was happening. Lol. My upper back hurts quite a bit which I wasn’t prepared for. Again...all worth it in a few days I’ll be fine. ;). I am very excited. The 30 minute drive gone was hard. I have had a few surgeries and coming out of this anesthesia was by far the worst. I was very disoriented and nauseated for a good four hours following waking up from surgery. I have never felt that before. I’ll update more soon!! Updated on 31 May 2020: No pain meds needed today! Surgery 5/28 Still pretty sore and swollen on the right side where some tissue was taken out for sizing compensation. Bloating is gone and swelling is better. I have a bit of air trapped in there so I took a video. Lol Updated on 2 Jun 2020: Had my one week (5 days actually) post op appt today. Got my dressings off and sterile strips off. Loving the shape and size! The scars will heal. They are starting to itch and have muscle twitches and shocks intermittently. Very itchy. I’m able to lift my arms up carefully without pain. I took a shower and it was glorious. Having trouble with the photo. Will post more tomorrow. Updated on 4 Jun 2020: Feeling better. No pain. Just tingling/shocks and high/tight right side. Hoping the wrinkling of the incisions even out. Bottom of right breast incision looks bad. Excited for them to soften up some. They are very hard. Lol Updated on 8 Jun 2020: Right is dropping little by little. Scoring till looks bad but it’s coming along too. I’m hopeful. I wore a bikini for the first time in 20 years today so there’s that! Still hard and sore. I bought some lollipop silicon bandages to wet after I got the ok at my follow up apt tomorrow. I will ask him about the right scar t the underpart. It’s stitched into a lump. May be able to just release it. Looks and feels Strange. Updated on 14 Jun 2020: My healing has really improved once I was able to cut the stitches that were poking out. Updated on 28 Jun 2020: Waiting for these holes to close and my right side to fully drop. Updated on 1 Jul 2020: I’m still having trouble with the right side but m happy it’s how it’s going. I keep spitting out stitches and string so I still have spots hat aren’t healing which is frustrating. My right is still quite a bit higher and I get some shooting pains and tugging like strings inside I can’t see. All things

Phenomenal surgeon! I am now 13 years post-op breast augmentation and I often forget that they're not actually my own, lol! So, of course, after adding a few more years to my age, Dr. Elluru is the first name I looked up when I started purusing ideas about other little "fixer-uppers"... as I know his skill is exceptional. My only grievance within 1 year post-op was that he said stretch marks dont occur when going larger (I asked)... that they occur when skin retracts after stretching. What no one told me is that they do shrink a bit as the settle. Oh well, they're just a couple tiny marks and barely percerptible. Anyhow, thats attributed to my skin and not his skill (which is very good). Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience throughout my entire procedure with Dr. Elluru! He has an extraordinary Doctor Who truly cares about his patients ! I had breast augmentation a gift for myself for my 40th birthday . I have three daughters and breast fed them all . I just wanted to have my girlish figure back , I could not be happier with my results I would recommend Dr Elluru to all of my friends and family! He is truly an expert in his field !!!

I wanted to breathe through both nostrils and also have a straighter, more narrow nose with a smaller tip. I wasn't able to breathe through my right nostril for so many years that can't remember...Dr. Elluru was certain that my nose was broken severely at one time in my life and then healed that way...I remember being hit in the nose, but I don't remember anything that traumatic happening to my nose. Dr. Elluru worked his magic and repaired the inner workings and outer appearance of my nose.

My eyelids had fallen over my pupils, that it was covering up 50 % of my upper vision. I had put off the surgery for about a year. Had finally decided it was time. Dr. Ellluru was my surgeon. He was awesome about explaining and what to expect. He was very easy to talk to and very professional. He did a fabulous job. I can see great and my eyes look really good.
