The Butt I've Always Wanted

WORTH IT$9,200

Several years ago, not being satisfied with the shape of my back side, led me to make a poor and very dangerous choice. I had silicone injected on my buttocks. Years later, my body finally reacted from the foreign substance. I had an inflammation that kept me in excruciating pain for more than a month. To make it even worse, I never had anything to show for these injections, since thankfully I only had one round. My butt was still flat and square.

Still being bothered by the way I looked, I began to research the Brazilian Butt lift. I could not believe the cost of this procedure ($20,000 to $25,000), so I gave up on ever having a beautiful, round, behind. That is, until this summer when I found my doctor in Orlando, Florida.

I had my procedure on August 31, 2009. I'm finally shaped like a woman! Fat was lipo-suctioned from my flanks and stomach, and transplanted to my butt (700 cc's for each buttock). I finally achieved the results I wanted with the Brazilian Butt Lift.

The pain was minimal. I managed it with extra strength Tylenol. The absolute worse part of this procedure for me was not being able to sit down for 4 weeks. My amazing results made it absolutely worth it!

I would encourage anyone who is disatisfied with this area of their body to look up my Doctor in Orlando. You will be so happy that you did!

Hi Carmen I'm glad your surgery went well. Can you let me know how the sitting part of your surgery went and was it real painful? I’m having mine done on December 11, 2009 in Maryland. I hope mine goes as well as yours. I’m so excited. I want to know what to expect. Was the garment rewarding for the buttock. The sitting part is most important for me to get information on please advise. Did you have drainage tubes? Do you have any before pics? If you don't mine could I take a look. Hope you are doing well. Thanks for the post very helpful.

Hi Michelle. I just had my procedure 11/12 and am very pleased. I can answer some of your questions if you don't mind. The pain for me was intense the first 24 hrs but my body kept rejecting the pain pills so after the 24hr period the pills were changed and I did better. your butt will not hurt but your abdomen will hurt like hell.... thats was the worst for me. Sitting?? forget about it for 4 weeks at least, I cheated a little after 3 weeks but i did not sit long and I sat on a baby ring (the ring that breast feeding mothers use)no drainage tubes, you will leak fluid and blood but not much because you will have stitches. I only bled the first 24 hrs and not much. I used sanitary napkins on the stitches. It will take about 1 week to walk straight up and @ 2 weeks to walk with speed. You cannot sit or sleep on your back, sleep on your side and stomach. it will be painful to sleep on stomach for about 3 days, but after you can, and most importantly, WEAR the garment. I am wearing mine, 4 weeks after the procedure as well I dont wear it to sleep anymore but for the first 3 weeks you have to wear it all the time... its uncomfortable but well worth it!!!

a baby ring is what new mommies use when they are breast feeding and they sit the baby in this round ring, its soft!! you can buy it in babies r us for like $20.00. I had the procedure done in the doctor's office in orlando, He has a state of the art operating room, with an anesthesologist and 2 full time nurses. I had lipsuction everywere, my abdomen had the most because I just had a baby so I had a lot of fat there, my thighs and my love handles, all gone!!! I need to ask him how many cc's he used Im not sure! I will let you know when I find out but he definitely had enough fat in my body to use!!!

Hi annalisa. I just had mine done with dr soto 11/12 and he is the best. I do not have before and after photos yet b/c I have not taken the after pics but you will be soooo satisfied. The pain can be intense the first day, I could not tolerate the pain medication so I had a bad 24 hours but after that I was good. I am in my 3rd week, and my husband loves the new look!!! My stomach has gone done from the liposuction which is great! I had a baby 4 months ago so I still had that fat but its gone and Dr Soto is very artistic!!! He enjoys what he does and it shows in his work, you will be amazed!!! when i get the pics, I will be sure to post them.

Hi Francis. By any chance do you know how much Dr Soto charges?

yes. I paid $8100 and that included the garment you have to wear. he offers financing as well, so I financed half and paid the other half. It was well worth it!!

i went into surgery @ 7am and my husband was called at 11:00am to pick me up, its about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.......you will be sooo asleep you wont even realize the time. Also, Dr. Soto has a state of the art operating room on site with an anesthesiologist and two nurses on site.....so everything is done in one place.

Hi. I had my consult done october 26 and my surgery on 11/12. I had 5 scars, the size of paper cuts, two on the front sides of my thighs were he did liposuction, two on the top of the butt where he puts in the fat and a small one in the crack of the butt, im not sure for what! I have them still, they are my war scars and I love them. Dr. Soto will laser them off if you want. I have chosen not to........you will be thrilled!!

hi. sitting was such a hassle. I used to sit on an open chair, like a computer chair with my butt hanging off the chair, i did not drive, my hubby did the driving and I laid sideways. The baby ring will help some what, I used it for a while and it helps with the pain in the abdomen.......
