First off Hi, i feel like a have been doing non stop research and finally have gotten the huts to write a review before i got for my BA which is november 23rd :)
Ive never been large chested which didnt bother me when i was younger but as i started getting older and after kids i am a very deflated nothing like 32 a cup! So sad.
I am doing this Ba for me, i feel like it is going to give me back my confidence as a woman i have chosen 375 silicon gel natrelle inspira for a very natural look i can play up on the weekends for date night and play down for week days with the kids! I will try and post as much picture as i feel comfortable with :)

I have started to purchase things i think i will need/ what my drs office said i should get-
Arnica for bruising
Polysporin
Bio oil for the scars
Two differnt size/ types of gause
Advil & Tylenol
Hydrogen peroxide
Two sets of gel ice packs
& cotton ovals to clean the surrounding area
Still need
Stool softener
& a very basic soap
Any other recommendations that i can add to my list!!!

Good luck with your journey! It will change your life. Your in good hands ( same doc ). I am almost 1 year post up. I regret that I didn't went bigger in size. I purchased everything from the list and after my BA en before I left the clinic they gave me a bag with all the supplies I needed, so ended up everything double.

I decided i should take some before pictures so once im done surgery i can look back and see how much they have changed! Currently i wear a 34b/c but dont even fill them out so i know i am an A cup but at least if i wear a bigger size i look like i have a little something :$

Our stats are very similar so I'll be following this! I'm going for a second consultation (with same dr but I had to wait a while for surgery due to breastfeeding) and preop in November- surgery in December. I want 375 but since one breast is slightly smaller I'll have to adjust. Good luck with your prep!!!

Thats awesome! I actually have a smaller side too and the dr had ordered a larger size for the smaller one to see if i will need to be two different sizes, it would be pretty crazy to have two different sizes! How old are your kids? Are you currently breast feeding?

I have similar stats to you guys and I totally wish I went high profile. I feel like 375cc didn't do much for me. They look great naked, but like the same old A's in clothing. I know they have to drop, but they're still swollen and should look big. My advice would be to go with high profile, as to make a difference you can see. I hate that I spent so much money to get nothing. :/

I was a little nervous with choosing the right profile for me but i really put the trust with my surgen. I think your pictures look great so far! I have seen amazing results after the fluff and drop stage! I also think there is a boob greed right after everyone keeps talking about lol i go for surgery on monday so after that ill relate more :)

I stopped breastfeeding in June, and my dr said he likes to give breasts close to 6 months to allow milk to completely dry and breasts to be at a stable size/shape. I'm not sure if I'll go with two diff sizes- I'd either do 350 and 375 or 375 and 400, but 350 seems small and 400 seems big. Yes I know it's only teaspoons, but I'm so hung up on it. My kids are 7, 5, and 17 months! It'll be hard with the little one, but we'll figure it out.

I have always had a size difference between the two so my surgen is going to use 375's and had ordered a 405 to see if it will correct the sizing problem or if the 375/s will work. And mod profile i want a very natural look! I have a 15month old and a 2 and a half year old so im a little bervous about how its going to be!! But well see

I am sizing on dec 23, until lately only considered mentor, but realized natrelle's high profile is more high-fill and im now leaning towards natrelle. 375-425 range.
Why did your surgeon choose natrelle over mentor? Did he explain?

thank you, I am thinking of Allergan Natrelle, not Natrelle Inspira. It is the same company though. Unless I'm wrong.
