Just so you know I would not waste my time to post a review if I wasn't above and beyond happy. I suggest if you want to complain that you focus it on the technician /office that performed your procedure. Knowing exactly what to expect is a big part of their job and you clearly didn't because you would know that you don't see real results for at least 3 months which my technician informed me of. Maybe you needed a facelift? I didn't! I'd rather do this every few years to stay tight and fresh and skip the knife. Jeannel was always available to answer questions that came up as I was healing. I was numb for a few weeks we talked and she put my mind at ease. Why isn't the office you had it done at helping you deal with your concerns??? I think you need to focus your frustration on the source instead of bashing a website. Bottom line, you need to really trust the person who treated you which is why I used Jeannel Astarita, she delivered everything she promised and made me feel like her most valued patient. I happily recommend her to everyone that compliments my refreshed looks. I hear it a lot too!!

I was referred to the Ultherapy tech, Jeannel Astarita from a friend who has never looked better.

I did an IPL photo facial $400 with her in April to get rid of some broken capillaries on my nose and a few brown spots on my face and hands. She's amazing, from the start she suggested a plan and products that would hit all the things that bothered me in stages so I didn't stress about the money. I'll do another IPL in the fall and maybe try a peel. I want to keep my skin looking this good.
It's been 7 months since Ulthera and I'm still thrilled! My jaw and neck look great! Those nasty jowls look better. My skin just looks tighter , more even... healthier.

So I just had Ulthera done yesterday and I am thrilled already. I had read a lot of mixed reviews about it online before deciding to do the treatment and was a little nervous. But my fabulous technician Jeannel Astarita had prepared me in great detail what to expect. I have to say it was so much less painful than i had expected. From reading online i got the impression that it was a very painful treatment- I was pleasantly surprised! Jeannel explained that there have been changes to the procedure. The discomfort passed very quickly and now I am feeling tighter and younger already. I can't wait to see my long term results.
