My 45th Birthday Present to Myself a Tummy Tuck!

My birthday is August 28th. I’ll be the big 45. I have two girls and I’m not having anymore. They’re older now 20 and 15. So now it’s time for me to get my sexy back. I’ve been going back and forth for about a year on getting a TT. I’ve decided to stop leaving in fear and to live life to the fullest. I’m super excited and can’t wait. The count down has begun! July 11, 2019 is the day!

I'm glad you made a decision to do it. I carried the PS that I chose to do my TT businesses card in my purse for six months before I made my call and when I did I was nervous but once she put me in my comfort zone I went from TT to can we do this and this.
If you don't mine me asking are you getting muscle repair as well.
You will not regret it....I told myself after I had it done I should have done this when I first got her card.

61 days until TT!! Countdown is on
Well I’m 61 days out! I’ve made all my pre Op appointments with my primary care. I’m going to see him in two days just to have my hemoglobin and iron levels check. I want to see what my levels are now.... I’ve gain 25 lbs over the last year so I’m busting my but to get it off before surgery. I’m doing intermittent fasting, watching what I eat and working out. I’m 5ft 6in and currently weigh 194lbs. I’m going to upload some before pics that I’ve been taking. Can’t wait to get this weight off me and be fabulous as ever!! Super excited!!

50 days until TT!!
Went to see my PCP today. Had some blood drawn. I want to make sure my Hemoglobin and iron levels are good... I’m so excited! I feel like I’m getting my life back. I’ve been keeping my surgery mostly private. I don’t want other people’s opinion to pollute my mind. I’m doing this for me and me only. This is my life. So YAY Me!!
