3-Week Post Op

Today makes 3 weeks since the surgery. Haven’t been able to sleep on my side yet unfortunately. The side of my boobs hurt if I press on them. But I will suck it up LOL!!! They are still high and hard I find. Incisions are looking better everyday. One thing that’s driving me crazy it’s the spitting stitches. I have a lot of them :( they told me to cut them close to the skin but I’m afraid to do so. My skin is dry and super itchy. My skin is also like shinny which I asked at the Dr. And they said it’s normal. Can I put lotion? Can I start with the BioCorneum? Need to find out :)

Two-Week Check-up

This corresponds to a week ago when I had my two-week Appt with Dr. H. He checked my incisions he said everything looked ok. One super nice nurse took all my tapes off and also took pictures. Thanks to this website I already knew more or less what I was going to find underneath the tapes... lots of people have posted and that has been great because you know what to expect takes some of the anxiety away.. it still was a little bit of a shock. Still very high and kind of looking square...But I feel super positive and happy about the results so far. Here are some pictures from that day. Tomorrow I’ll post my three week pictures which I feel have great improvements. Still feel pain though on my sides mostly. And that nerve shooting pain which I read about here I’ve feeling those too. Supposedly will be able to sleep on my side. Looking forward to that. Dr. Said exercise in 4 more weeks as well as sports bras 4 more weeks of those too.

6-Days Post Op

Six Days Post Op
Finally was able to stop the Percocet during the day. I actually drove to work today without any problems. I’m only taking 1/2 a percocet at night to be able to sleep as I still have pain. During the day I took Tylenol...it took some of the pain away but not all of it. I suck it up since I needed to drive and couldn’t take the Percocet anymore. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I’m actually loving the results so far. They are still pretty high up but I actually like that I hope they don’t come down that much LOL!! There is a bruise that’s pretty bad that I just sent the pic to the Dr’s office to see what they think. It doesn’t really hurt but I just want to make sure it’s nothing to worry about.
