$45 K Facelift at 41- Results Are Underwhelming .

$45,000

22 years ago, this surgeon did my breast augmentation and liposuction, and those results were great, which is why I trusted him again for a facelift at 41.

I am now 3 months post-op and see almost no meaningful difference. My neck still has the same laxity, my skin is not tight or “snatched,” and my upper cheeks do not appear lifted in a noticeable way. Overall, my face looks very similar to before surgery.

For $45,000, I expected a clear and visible improvement—especially in the jawline, neck, and midface—but the result so far is extremely subtle.

I have since consulted with two other surgeons who both recommended a revision facelift around the 6-month mark, which was concerning. This raised questions for me about how much lifting or repositioning was actually performed.

I understand healing can take time, but at 3 months I expected to see at least some clear direction of improvement, and that has not been my experience.

At this point, the outcome feels very underwhelming for the cost and not aligned with what I was expecting.

Beyond depressed over the results … not only was it expensive but for the price I could have gone elsewhere and gotten my nose and face done .
