Consultation only: Male Rhinoplasty (Dr.Ghavami) - Beverly Hills, CA

So i am a 23 year old male who was looking into getting a Rhinoplasty done. I have a eastern european hump to my nose. After months of looking at Doctors before and after pics, i chose to go with Dr. Ghavami out of Beverly Hills California. His Rhinoplasty pics are just amazing and he really is one of the best doctors for rhinoplasty ( based on his pics). So i emailed his staff and set up a consultation with him. I live in Canada so the consultation was to be over Skype which cost 250$ US, it gets put toward your surgery if you go through with it. My Skype consultation was set for 5:30 Calgary time on a Thursday (he only does consultations on either tuesday or thursday). I logged in on my consult day, I think i waited a hour and a half before one of Dr. Ghavami secretaries emailed me on Skype saying he was going to be running late, she said to log back on in a hour. After a hour i logged back in and he was still offline.... its 8 now.... i get a random blocked number call which happened to be Dr. Ghavami calling from his personal number to let me know he was going to Skype me from home. So I WAIT! another 35 minutes before he finally calls on Skype...... 3.5 hours late. Anyways at that point i was just happy to talk to him. Dr. Ghavami knew exactly what he was talking about, i could just tell he has been doing this for a while. He was very nice but...... he answered only one question i had and then he rushed me off with a good bye. He told me that i would get a email the next day with my booking info and the quote. I waited 7 days with no email so i, emailed them back and i received a reply saying that a woman named Rose would email me with this info...... So after waiting another 6 days i just emailed rose my self and within 1 hour she sent me the quote and info.... at that point i felt offended... i felt like my time wasn't worth anything to these people. so once again i brushed it off because i wanted the surgery. I opened a file with my procedures and cost. I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW!! a price of $13,796 what am i looking for a whole face procedure!... after looking closer i saw that he put 2 extra surgeries on my nose that i didn't even want!!!!! Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty and....... Turbinoplasty....... that was the last straw for me. what a waste of time and money. I felt disrespected and now i felt like he was trying to rip me off as well.
Absolutely won't not recommend Dr. Ghavami to anyone, he's all about money and he over books him self its ridiculous. Look around on his reviews you will find similar issues.
Hes a good doctor but who would want a surgery when you feel like your not appreciated, its a very personal procedure which i need 100% TRUST from my doctor. Im going to be looking at different Doctors, hope this helps people.
