I’m almost at 3 yrs Post op and thought I’d add an update. I feel like I’ve always had this body. I do struggle with bloat a lot. I’m pretty sure

Could you list specifically what you had done? You say you didn't have a breast lift; just implants? Lipo to what/where? How much did the procedure cost? Thanks in advance. I'm wanting this done so badly!

Hi I had round silicone implants over the muscle, no lift, full tummy tuck and muscle repair with lipo to flanks :) I think I have it all listed in my older posts.

Hi Nricky! I havent posted on here in a LOOOONG time, but I was looking for info. I just saw that you are a ways out from your TT as well. I am now 3+ years out from my MM and still dealing with swell hell! ugh. It usually has to do with what I eat, I think, but its super annoying. You have this too?

Actually yes! Honestly I think I dealt with it before but because my muscles were separated and skin was loose, I didn’t notice it as much. Now that everything is sewn up tight, the bloat has no where to hide. I am trying to maintain a gluten free diet because that’s what I believe has been causing bloat plus I have hashimotos so I should be avoiding gluten anyway.

Haven’t been updating as much lately but things are coming along great . I’ve been lifting at about 90% of what I used to. I love my results most days but sometimes I still get swollen and bloated and I start feeling yucky about it. Still working on my 6 pack and trying to get as Bahama ready as possible!

Hey there! I know its been a while since you posted, but Im just curious, what type of ab workout you do. I do mostly crunches for my ab workout, and wonder if, after an MM you aren't suppose to ever do crunches again. If you do, have you noticed any adverse effects? You look amazing, whatever you are doing, keep it up!

Hi! I do all regular ab workouts without any problems! Crunches, hanging leg lifts, L sits.
