WORTH IT$16,700
34 years old travelled from London to Los Angeles alone to have first rhinoplasty and change of implant after some research decided to go with talented dr grigoryants in Glendale . All went well on the 5th dec, bit nervous for being alone but the anestethist was great and help me relax . Recovery was hard first 3 days , got a paid nurse for the first day to take me home ;( you can't be discharged alone , and you wouldn't be able to be well enough anyway ) nurse provided by a care service for $20 hour . Rest of days just in bed by myself no major issues , decided to stay in a 24hr big chain hotel for the conviniece of location in Burbank and Glendale and room service .
Healing well , moving well and removing my cast this sat the 10th dec.
Will update you with hotel details , photos post , tips and recovery

Tomorrow I remove my cast . So far very happy with breasts . Went from 250cc to 385 cc inspira. Completely trusted the dr and he didn't disappoint me !
Haven't seen my nose yet so will update you tomorrow .
Staying at the holiday in media centre in Burbank . Totally recommend , got upgraded to a bigger room ,lovely mountain view , close to shops and bars and restaurants , anything you need . 24 hr reception , for those having surgery alone ideal. Room service and a little park downstairs at hotel for you to walk while recovering . Bed not too soft or hard . Room very well equipped . Uber to dr grigoryants office only $11 and short distance .

Good luck with cast removal. I'm 3 weeks out from surgery with Dr. G and very happy with the result. I'm sure you will be, too!

This is exactly what I will be having done (rhinoplasty and breast augmentation). I am confident in is his rhinoplasty but was unsure about breast augmentation. Mine are 265 cc and will be going to close to 400, so am excited to hear your feedback on that.

I was nervous with my size going bigger but he made my pockets larger and seem good for me . Please check my new photos

Your boobs look amazing and you are very pretty. I am scheduled for a rhinoplasty with Dr. G in May!

Gorgeous results :) You look like Lana Del Rey with your headband on here! I'm also in London and its a definitely a toss between Vlad Grigoryants and Lucian Ion. I like Lucians work but Grigoryants produces such feminine noses - its a little scary travelling to LA alone though! Especially considering Grigoryants does not seem to have that much time before surgery to talk things over... Thanks a lot for the advice regarding the hotel, really good to know xx
