320cc Breast Augmentation Sientra Low Profile Under Muscle

I started with a -AA cup/essentially nothing to begin with and I really just wanted something proportionate to my body. I am 5'2", Asian, and am petite around 100 lbs.
After consulting with my surgeon, I knew I wanted a full b/small c cup and something that wouldn't look fake or puffy on the upper pole of my breasts that would give it a teardrop shape while still using the round implant. My surgeon after my first consultation recommended 300cc but after my pre-op and my patient counselor explaining the implant would look smaller after being placed under the muscle I decided to go with 320cc low-profile Sientra gummy implants.
I am so happy with my results, I think they can be hidden if I wanted under sweaters or looser fitting clothing but also can be accentuated if I wear tight tops or tank tops. In the nude, they look beautiful and I am only 3 months post-op and am very happy with my results, they look very natural and the scars are healing nicely, I'm hoping they will fade more over time.
I do remember the first few weeks post op and immediately after I was hoping to see more cleavage and was honestly a little upset with how small they were but over time when they started fluffing and dropping and my pectoral muscles relaxed they looked a lot bigger. They also sat very high but trust the process if you do want to get this procedure done!
Pros: My breasts are perfect and everything I had hoped for, the healing time was very fast and in about a week I was feeling myself again with litte soreness.
Cons: None! I am so happy that I got them done, they have improved my self-confidence massively.

Updated dropping and fluffing by the week!
You can see the dropping and fluffing of my implants over the duration of the weeks! In this update you this is week 5 to the current day of week 13.

Hey! Your results look amazing! Currently on day 4 after surgery. I notice that they’re high on the chest and tight, was yours the same? Cant wait to heal xx

Yes mine also were! I remember the first few weeks I had a little body dysmorphia and I thought they looked flatter and cubed shaped haha but trust the process! Your muscles are getting used to having the implant under them. They'll look amazing and get even better with time. Excited for you and your journey!!

Of course! I definitely felt the same way and was upset I couldn't do anything for myself and had to sit but make sure you get some rest so they heal properly. I remember doing something as little as bending sideways trying to pick something up and pulling my pecs and it hurting for a few days. It will :) just listen to your body and get assistance where you need it

Week 16 & 17 Update
As the weeks/months go by, my implants get softer and more natural looking. I am very happy with my results! These are two of my favorite tops. For my ladies who just got theirs done, trust the process!! They’ll look wonderful as time goes on
