310cc Breast Augmentation

I came from Los Angeles to have my breast augmentation done by Dr. Gaxiola. He came recommended by a friend. I had a phone consultation with a member of Dr. Gaxiola’s staff when I booked my appointment and I had a consultation in person with Dr. Gaxiola the day of my surgery. Adriana helped us translate since he primarily speaks Spanish and I primarily speak English. They both made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions that I had. I felt comfortable at his clinic, both he and his staff were welcoming and gave me clear instructions for what would be happening prior to surgery. After having my bloodwork and ekg done that morning, I was taken into surgery and then stayed overnight in my own room at the hospital afterwords. Adriana came to check on me that evening (on the day of surgery) before she left for the day, and then again the next morning. The nurses on staff at the hospital checked on me every hour and if I needed to ring them for anything they were there within minutes, they were very attentive. I had my follow up with Dr. Gaxiola about 24hrs after my surgery, after that I was released from the hospital and was able to go home. I am only two days post op right now but am already so happy with the results and pleased with my overall experience. (Adriana called me today to check up on me as well) If anyone is thinking of traveling to Mexico for surgery I would definitely recommend Dr. Gaxiola. On a side note, many of the members of the hospital staff spoke English but it is helpful to know at least a little Spanish to help communicate if needed.
