I don’t see many reviews for the Ideal Implants, so I am adding my review. Right now I’m about 15 hours post op. I received 335 cc in my right breast and 350 cc in m left breast to correct some symmetry. As a point of reference, I started very deflated and flat chested after I breastfeeding my wonderful babies. My surgery went quickly, and so far I love my surgeon and her team. They are so efficient and did a beautiful job. I’ve had the normal pain and nauseous, but I’ve already started to feel a little less pain and nausea. I hope it continues to improve from here. I will upload before and after pictures in a few hours.

Today has been rough. I woke up in a lot of pain. I had my first post op appointment. My surgeon wants me to begin doing aggressive massage twice a day, and it hurts so bad. I feel like I have some uneven swelling. More swelling on the right side. They are so high and tight. It’s just been a very painful day. On a positive note I took a shower today.

Hi! I have a question, I am very interested in the IDEAL implants. Right now I'm slotted for the silicone ones over the muscle. I'm going to find a doctor who knows of them. I don't want the silicone. I also nursed for 1 1/2! I want safety... So my question is, we're yours done above or below the muscle?

Mine are below the muscle. I would suggest getting these above the muscle unless you have a lot of good amount of preexisting breast tissue

Oh typo. I mean I WOULDN’T suggest getting them above the muscle. To me they don’t feel natural enough for that.

Ahhh, I see :) thank you for clarifying! I have another consultation with a doctor who actually uses the Ideal implants. I loved the first doctor but he has never performed surgery with this brand before. Thanks so much for all of your info!! They look fabulous :)

Hi! So wondering how you like the Ideals!!?? I found a dr who uses them and then they went off the market. So now I am going to get the silicone, not happy at all about it really.... doing under muscle, did it get a shot called exparel to help relieve your pain?

Things are going well. I’m slowly getting into the swing of things again. I am able to do my breast massages without too much pain. I still have pain, but I’m only taking extra strength Tylenol twice a day. Boobs are still high and tight.
