Any updates? :)
I’ll post an update this weekend
For so reason I can’t figure out how to add a new update to this review, but things are going okay I would say. I wish I would’ve gotten the same size implant in both breasts, because I think the size difference is slightly noticeable. They’ve also been healing at different rates. They dropped at about the same right, but the smaller size has already started to fluff and the other side as not. The smaller size is also softer. They are both pretty soft, but there’s a little difference. It’s still pretty early. I think it’s been less than 4 months. So I try not to worry too much. I’m sure they’ll both even up soon. I’d like to add that about a month ago, I was having a lot of sudden pain in one my breasts. Dr. Barone let me come right in to exam the issue. It turned out that I had just pulled a muscle, but I really appreciate the way she handled the situation. All in all, I do really like them. I think they look amazing, and they’ve giving me a lot of confidence.
Good to hear things are going ok! And glad to hear the sudden pain wasn’t anything major. Thanks for the update! :)
They look great!
Hey how has the settling gone? Love to see an update! ❤️
I have a little asymmetry that i believe i will have to live with. I saw the doctor and she said I had some before surgery and that’s just the way it is. Which may be true. I also think there may have been issues with my not healing well on one side. Not the doctors fault. I had a one year old to take care of. It’s nothing horrible, and I do love them. I’ll try to post an update soon.
Were you able to figure out how to post an updated photo? Love to see how they settled? I'm curious? How ya liking the Ideal implant? Thanks :)
Im thinking about getting a breast augmentation with Dr. Barone because she seems to be very familiar with Ideal implants. Looking at your pictures, is there a reason why she does the incision on the side of your breast and not directly on the bottom?

Almost 6 weeks post op

Things are going well. I just have to remember to do my massages. I still have pain occasionally, but not most of the time. I’m still most comfortable when I’m sleeping on my back. It feels a little weird to sleep on my side. Could be because I’m not wearing a bra. They have dropped some, but I can’t wait until they have dropped a little more. I will upload pictures in another post.

I’m so thankful to see your post! I had the ideal implant done October 29, 2018 and I’m happy to see all that I’m feeling is completely normal:) I also had Dr.Barone. God Bless you on the rest of your journey and thanks again for your information.

2 weeks post op

Things have been going well. I think some of the swelling has gone down, and my boobs now feel a lot softer to the touch. It’s nice to know that they will continue to get soft. My sister was impressed with how soft they are already (she got silicone implants 4 years ago). Pain is very minimal. To me it feels like my boobs felt in the early nursing days. A little sore. I keep thinking to myself, “I need to go pump.” lol. I only need about one extra strength Tylenol a day, and some days I don’t even need any. Things started to get better around 6 days post op. The hardest part now is protecting them from my little ones. My 1 year old always wants to lay on them, and that’s not possible right now. I look forward to being able to pick him up again.

I’m still going bra free and doing my massages as per the doctors orders. I have my second follow up appointment in 2 days. I hope she says everything is going well.
