20 y/o no kids liposuction 360 by Dr Chang

Almost 3 months post op
I have gained some weight (about 5 lbs) in the last month however I still look much better than I did before surgery. I still get super swollen without my faja. I have decided to go for an etching and more lipo in my back because Chang left a lot of fat there. I also want fat transfer to my breasts.

You look great
Dont get more lipo on tummy or waist or thighs! You will be left with divits and waviness. Once you get down to no body fat it lipos the skin. I know what Im talking about. I am botched on tummy, inner thighs, and a 2nd gluteal crease under my butt because of BAD lipo. So depressed. I was petite like you through my 40s and up until age 50. I went for a BBL (beautiful butt) and traded it for a botched body to what was perfect tummy, thighs, and perfect natural butt crease. I have found 2 doctors that fix this. One in Dallas YAY.. I live in Nacogdoches only 3 hours away. Another in Portland, Oregon. I am having consults by phone and email pictures this week. (Hope I like the Dallas one). My surgeon that botched me told me when I went to show him my issues, that you dont see the double crease when just standing still!!! When I walk I look deformed. When I lay down ( like at beach) I have horrible indents like a second butt crease about 3 inches under my normal crease. Sorry. I am ranting. He told me if he fixed it I would have to have big scar in my normal creases to lift the skin and retuck. NO WAY!!! What a jerk. Then I find out 20 women are taking him to court over botches of all kinds. (I just want to fix it and forget it). Sorry for rambling. I want to talk to you about breast implants. I have them.
The breast implants will last over 20 years if done correctly!! I have a friend who did it 20 years ago, before the great improvements today. She is fine. I got mine 5 years ago and love them. Went from a B to a D. The fat transfer to breasts certainly is using your natural body tissue, but reasearch it TONS! It does not tend to survive in that area like it does in a BBL. Not trying to push you into it. Just read up, and look for the surgeons that specializes in THAT AREA! ALso look at before and afters. Dont settle for just the few pictures on web site. If you ask the coordinator, they will send you pictures on email....more patients. I can send you pictures of my boobs if you want. I dont mind.

I noticed it out as well as many others in his photos don’t have the lipo holes near the bra line. I cold have sworn bra line/mid back was part of the 360/12 spots you pay for. I was going to book with him but am going to see if I find others in the grips to ask about that. At first I was thinking maybe only heavier people didn’t get the upper lipo holes but your tiny so there goes my guess. Did he say why? I’m trying to let this be a round one and done.
I thought it was apart of the 360 lipo too, that was th whole point of me paying for that . He said my upper rolls are connected to my breast so I would have to get my breast done to fix that
He did Lipo the bra fat. The holes are located on my back under my ampits.
I dont know the technical name for the spot I’m talking about but I found out the info from someone in my group.
Other than that our shape looks good.
you’re results are stunning.
Thank you
Seriously your results so far look great. I had myflanks and back done 9 weeks ago and it looks like not a lot has changed. Back fat looks better but my skin seems loose and I’m pretty fit 46yr no kids. My doc says it can take up to 6 mo to see final results. Right now I weigh 6lbs more than I did before surgery. I’ve been eating healthy compared to how I use to eat. Just hoping I see more results.
Thank you. I immediately noticed a difference after the lipo, but I have heard that it can take a while for you to see the results. I am about 3 months post op and I am still swelling everyday. Your skin does tighten, mine did at least and my belly button has gotten significantly smaller. Best of luck with your recovery hun.
