Two weeks Post Op Butt Implants

I wish I had a before pic but unfortunately I don't. My stitches are above my butt because I had a tummy tuck in July of last year and needed a scar revision from both sides of my hips so he just went ahead and inserted the implants in that way. But anyways, I'm waiting for them to drop and settle because I feel like my middle and lower butt is still flat???? Not sure when they drop & settle. Is that normal? I guess, I have no clue. Honestly can't wait for the 6 month mark!

I had a fat transfer done back in July of last year and this is how it turned out. I just hope I didn’t ruin my butt with the butt implants, cause I feel like its smaller? Idk? I guess cause the implant sits high right now so it’s making my lower butt look flat. Hopefully that changes over time. But these are my before pics of butt implants!

Next week will be 6 months since I got 712 cc under the muscle. A few weeks ago a lot started happening. I always had nerve pain in my left cheek, but for some reason my implants both have shifted outward and my left top of implant is not being covered by the muscle which is causing me pain & constant nerve pain. I have a revision on Nov 16th, and Doc said he will take them out and cut them down & re insert them in right position.. I really hope this helps... I don't really want to take them out since I did pay $10k and only had them for 6 months... has anyone else had this problem and did revision fix it?
