I've had puffy undereye bags for years, and wanted them gone. The puffy bags were always obvious when I looked in the mirror, or saw photos of myself. My upper eyelids were also drooping, especially the left eye - so I opted for an upper and lower Blepharoplasty and am very, very thrilled with the results! I'm still healing - it's been 5 weeks since my surgery - but I can already see the huge improvement.
