Bye Sun Spots - San Diego, CA

First, Id like to start off by saying that I did not believe a laser treatment could remove my horrible sun spots......I was wrong. I knew it made me feel very uncomfortable when I left the house without makeup on because I had all these brown spots on my face, mainly on my cheeks. So I did some research and decided to find a Dr. that does the IPL treatment. I scheduled an appointment for the next available laser day. When I walked into the office I was very surprised how nice and appearance was. The receptionist smile made me want to talk to her all day. when it was my turn for the IPL I was escorted to a consultation room where the greeting of the medical assistant was outstanding. She was very thorough with explaining to me the process I was about to have done. After this I met Dr. Yoo. The warmth of the dr and his dedication with making sure I felt comfortable before we started the procedure was amazing. He had the best bedside manner Ive ever encountered by a physician. I had a numbing cream applied to my face and I waited a few minutes for it to start working and then we started. The treatment itself took about 10-15 mins. It was uncomfortable but wasn't painful which was a big surprise. During the whole treatment Dr. Yoo constantly asked to make sure I was doing ok or if I needed a break. I was very impressed with how he cared. After the treatment I was red and had some inflammation. Dr. Yoo and his staff made sure I was feeling ok and asked if I needed anything else. My comfort level with his office is a 10 out of 10. Its an experience you have to have to understand the time, dedication and devotion you feel from each and every one of them. Very different from your standard Dr's office. When I left the staff made sure to inform me to call if I had any concerns or questions. The next day my face had dark spots everywhere I had a brown spot. It kind look like I had clay on my face. These spots got darker then they started to just flake away. After about 1 week my face was completely back to normal without any sun spots. I didn't have any pain or down time from the IPL. I am so happy from this treatment that I booked my next appointment the next day. I just want everyone to know if they have sun spots, or pigmentation on their face there is a way to fix this and with Dr. Yoo and his staff you will feel like you are at home and accomplish a treatment that you will be very pleased with. I just want to thank them for the wonderful experience and for making me feel comfortable in my own skin again. Im still in shock that 1 treatment made such a huge difference. Im very pleased with my results and the experience I had. You guys are wonderful.
