I had my check-up today and all is looking and healing well. Today I make 10 days post op and though I still have swelling I can see fantastic results. It's already clear to see that Dr. T. has exceeded my expectations. For the most part my recovery has been a breeze compared to what I was expecting. As you can see from my before pix I had a squarish shape and a pretty flat butt. I now have a waste, a fuller butt, my back and abdominal fat is gone and my inner thighs already look better. I have a more feminine looking body today than I did when I was younger. I have zero regrets and the slight discomfort has been totally worth it to me. Can't wait to see my final results.

I didn't see it, did you state your height and weight? I am scheduled for this procedure in a couple weeks and am "60" so it's wonderful to see older ladies results here. Any idea how much (cc's) he removed, or how much he transferred? I am considering doing inner thighs but concerned about skin laxity. How are you feeling about your thighs at this point? You seem to be doing great! I am so happy for you and also relieved that maybe just because I'm older doesnt nec mean my recovery will be horrendous :/ Thanks for your review, will be following your progress XO

Hi ClassicCurves. I'm 56, am 5'3" in height and at time of sx was 165lbs and have had no issues with recovery. My doctor did an excellent job at doing enough to give me what I wanted but not too much that I would exchange a nice shape for wrinkles which he knows no one likes. Key is to go with an experienced doctor and tell him exactly what you're looking to accomplish. My upper inner thighs were a problem as they touched too much and looked to be drooping because of this. Though they will still touch slightly they will look much better. Had he taken out too much they would have started to wrinkle. It's all a balancing act at our age but so worth it. Good luck with your sx. Hope all turns out well for you. Keep me posted on outcome.

Got another call from my PS yesterday checking up on me and said not to do too much to exhaust myself and that I could shower and that would make me feel better. Finally got to take a look at my body. Still swollen but not too uncomfortable. Biggest issues are getting in and out of bed and trying to get comfortable when you can only lay on your stomach.
