I had my check-up today and all is looking and healing well. Today I make 10 days post op and though I still have swelling I can see fantastic results. It's already clear to see that Dr. T. has exceeded my expectations. For the most part my recovery has been a breeze compared to what I was expecting. As you can see from my before pix I had a squarish shape and a pretty flat butt. I now have a waste, a fuller butt, my back and abdominal fat is gone and my inner thighs already look better. I have a more feminine looking body today than I did when I was younger. I have zero regrets and the slight discomfort has been totally worth it to me. Can't wait to see my final results.

Got another call from my PS yesterday checking up on me and said not to do too much to exhaust myself and that I could shower and that would make me feel better. Finally got to take a look at my body. Still swollen but not too uncomfortable. Biggest issues are getting in and out of bed and trying to get comfortable when you can only lay on your stomach.

From my initial email requesting information to post op check-up, my experience with Dr. Taranow and his entire staff has been great. I researched procedures and doctors extensively on this site and off. I came across Dr Taranow's name on this site and researched him extensively. He has several informative videos which I watched and also checked that there were no claims against him which there weren't. Once I met him personally I was convinced I wanted him to perform my surgery. I am now 10 days post op and the surgery, recovery and discomfort for the most part have been a breeze which I attribute to the skills of a great surgeon. Dr. Taranow is extremely knowledgeable, caring and just one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. My surgery was on a Friday and he called me that night and again on Sunday to check and see how I was feeling. Also can't neglect to mention that he has an awesome staff, from his office assistant Sara to the nurse, anesthesiologist and tech he uses during surgeries. They all made me feel comfortable and I felt I was in great hands going into my surgery. His office is in a great location in NYC and though relatively small it is impeccable and the surgical room an adequate size and set-up. Though I am still swollen I can already see fantastic results. Am looking forward to seeing my final results in a few months.
