Looks great! I'm at 33 days post op and almost back to normal. I really like my results. How's your breathing? I still wake up in the morning extremely stuffy.
My breathinf is so much better than before the surgery. Yes I do wake up stuffy. He told me to use aquaphor with a q-tip and nasal spray. I hope this helps. I'm excited to see what I will look like in the months to come!!!!!

That's awesome my breathing is a bit restricted still, but much better than what it was initially post op. I suppose I should give it another month or so for internal swelling to subside. I feel like my nose is taking a more natural look. I was very happy with results the second cast came off. And took me about a day to embrace my new nose but it was exactly what I wanted. And now I feel like this is the nose that suits my facial features. I'm happy for you and you look amazing. I think recovery from this point forward should be a walk in the park. We've been through hell already, at least I have lol. Good luck!
Thank you:) I went for my 4 week post op appointment today and he said everything looked great. It's really cold where I live so my nasal cavities are very dry which is causing some discomfort but I will get through it. Like you said we've already been through hell it can only get better from here on. He told me it would take up to 6 months for the swelling to subside so get ready for the long haul. I just keep thinking by summer it will be perfect! I agree, the day my cast can off I absolutely loved my nose then the swelling started and I got a little discouraged but after talking to my doctor he reassured me that would be my final outcome!
