Its been 9 months since I got my Rhinoplasty done with Dr Ion and it was the best thing I ever did.
I just felt I had to write a quick review to show my appreciation, and to for you guys to know he's really the best.

I wanted my nose less projected and to decrease the size of my nostrils. I wanted an overall natural cute nose and that is what I got (you can't even see the scar).

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The whole team look after you well, even the after care was on point, his nurse Sara looked after me so well, I will always be grateful to her. I still see him regularly to this day, and he sees all his patients for recalls to make sure everything is well. He is extremely attentive, caring and knowledgable.

I saw him 3 times before my surgery, he always took his time to listen to me and understand what I liked. He showed me photo illustrations which helped, even though the final outcome was even better than the pictures. He gave his input and explained to me what would suit my face, even by taking measurements. He has a good understanding of noses, and is a specialist in fixing bad rhinoplasties. Thats why I went to him.
I am so pleased with the results.

I have my second consultation with Mr Ion in October and am on the brink of booking the surgery! Im so so pleased you had a good experience with him. Do you have any before/after photos and/or morphs he made that you wouldnt mind sharing? Thanks :)

The first consultation was £150 and if you want any more consultations after that then they are free (ie you only ever pay for the first consult). Mr Ion does have steep fees but hes the only rhinoplasty surgeon I have researched that pretty much has a flawless record, and some of the other well known surgeons that work for groups like Elite Surgical etc charge prices that are not far off Ions fees. My quote for a basic primary rhinoplasty, including anaesthesia and the hospital bed is currently just under £8000 (+£400 if you want to spend the night in the hospital). I looked at groups such as Transform which would charge nearly half this but they dont have anything on his quality. Id rather pay more for the primary and not have to pay financially and emotionally to have a revision!

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I definitely agree you should go with the best! I am looking for a revision after going with a high street surgeon.. I so wish I had payed extra to have a specialist :(

Hey, I was just wondering whether Dr Ion requires you to pay all of the money upfront in order to book a surgery date or can you pay in installments every month leading up to the surgery itself? Thanks :)

I am having surgery with Dr Ion in October and I had to pay a £500 deposit to secure my surgery date and I am required to pay the remainder a month before surgery.
