Dr. Guida was an outstanding surgeon that applied decades of knowledge and expertise into performing the ideal septo-rhinoplasty procedure. My nose was severely deviated, with an obviously crooked slant that could be spotted from a lengthy distance. When posing for pictures, I always looked to the right hand side, hoping to get an angle that would give the nose a sem-straight look for photo's. I hated doing this, and didn't like the sight of both the frontal and profile look. Aside from the cosmetic issue of my severely deviated septum, I was not able to breathe properly, and would feel congested to the point where I was barely able to breathe, let alone speak or interact comfortably.
