Do you mind if I ask what it looks like when you have a full smile? My under eyes look ok when I'm straight faced, a little hollow but not major. I lost some weight and my face changed, now when I smile all the skin wrinkles/bunches up under my eyes. And my skin seems so thin and fragile I'm so worried about putting fat there.

I had a consultation with Dr Andrew Miller from Associates in plastic surgeries of NJ, to have my heavy bags underneath my eyes removed. His office very nice and clean, his staff is very attentive. I was always told how tired i looked, i could sleep for weeks and i still looked like I've been up for months. I was so scared to do it because of stories i had heard. If you see my before and after picture you would better understand what i mean by "the procedure that took ten years off " never in my wildest dreams did i ever think this would be my outcome. I make sure that everyone i come in contact with, i show them my before and after picture that i carry in my phone and i recommend them to Dr Andrew Miller.

was it transconjunctival or transcutaneous also did he reposition the fat? I am considering this surgery but so scared of hollow eyes. Yours look absolutely amazing so would love the details to inquire with surgeons around here.
Hi, Dr.Miller makes a small incision inside of the lower lid,and removes fat. In my case I don't have high cheek bone so he had taken some fat from my thigh n insert above cheeks. He filled in from outside so it looks even. Hope this help..don't be scared go and speak to DrMiller,you will be happy you did.Good luck.
