The Evolution MD office is very appealing and modern! It definitely gives you a "Beverly Hills feel". My procedure of lipo with fat transfer to the glutes was performed under local anesthesia with pill sedation and the pain was minimal. I am now 11 days post op and I am starting to see results. I look forward to be able to see the final results. Post operatively, the most pain and discomfort was in the first couple of days especially the very first massage. However, the staff at the massage center are very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. They have bountiful techniques to help get rid of excess fluids post surgery. Maria and Carmen are highly recommended!!! Dr. Velilla is a concerned surgeon who seeks better techniques and knowledge all while having fun as per his Snapchat account. He is definitely entertaining!
