Finally, the Nose That I Want. - New York, NY

About 23 years ago, I had a sports injury to my nose that required seeing a plastic surgeon to repair it. I was young, niiave and knew nothing about plastic surgeons. It was repaired, but the nose that I was left with had many irregularities and I could not stand the way I looked when photographed and smiling. As I aged, my nose got worse. The tip drooped, it was lumpy and in general, my nose made me not like my face.
Finally I decided to do something about it and investigated plastic surgeons. Many friends had raved about Dr. David Rosenberg. They had praised him, not only for rhinoplasty, but for a myriad of other facial plastic procedures. Upon hearing so many accolades, I made an appointment and consulted with him. First, let me say that his office staff are entirely professional, friendly and efficient. I was able to make my initial call and then get in to consult with Dr. Rosenberg rather quickly. Upon meeting Dr. Rosenberg, I felt immediately reassured and comforted. Dr. Rosenberg knows his noses! He was able to explain to me, in terms I understood, what was now wrong with the appearance of the nose and how he would fix it. I was in love with what he said, so I booked a date!
Once a date of surgery was fixed, Dr. Rosenberg and his nurses held my hand through every step. It was easy! On the actual day of surgery, I felt no pain, nor any nausea or other issues associated with anesthesia. By the way, Dr. Rosenberg's anesthesiologist, Dr. Ding, was so kind and comforting also.
When the splint and sutures came off, about 6 days later....voila! The nose that I had been dreaming of, for the last 23 years, was staring at me! Dr. Rosenberg is part artist, part miracle worker. It has been a few weeks now and my nose just looks better and better. He is amazing! What I remember the most, is Dr. Rosenberg asking me for my "nose wish list." I gave it to him and he did everything on that list. He paid attention and that consideration, dedication and care is invaluable.
I HIGHLY recommend that you see Dr. Rosenberg, not only for the surgery that I had, but for any type of facial plastic surgery that you may be considering.

My nostrils have become very asymmetric and it looks weird. Also, Real Self, you may want to delete both of my reviews as I am a nurse and was actually working for this MD when he asked me to write the reviews. I believe that this ciolates the terms of your website. Thanks! Kim
