I've always been insecure about my small boobs... I've been wearing push up bras from a very young age.. Until I got a breast augmentation. This has seriously made me gane self esteem and the staff was wonderful.
Doctor Gelfant made sure to give me all the information I needed before going into surgery. I found he was very patient and thorough. Hilary (the secretary) too is the nicest staff she made me feel very comfortable and would answer every question I had during my recovery. I recovered very quickly.. Dr.Gelfant asked me to take a few weeks off work (since I barten and there's heavy lifting involved) I was able to go back to work two weeks after my surgery without a problem. I'm very happy with the results so far.. I am waiting for best results as they are too new now but here's a pic :)

You look great! I am having my BA with Dr. Gelfant too and am struggling with the decision of silicone or ideal. I have a very small frame and to top it off very low body fat. I am just going for 250cc. Are you happy with the ideal? Any pros and cons you can share?

So many pros, the only cons I can think of if I didn't take care of my scar the was dr.g told me to but it isn't bad at all!

The more time goes by the better the girls look! I get so many compliments on dr.gelfants job and crazy amounts of people asking me where I got them done because they're looking for the same look. Depending on what I wear a lot of people wonder if they're real or fake which I love. 450 cc, ideal implant is by far the best decision I've made for my confidence and body frame!

Hi there, can I ask your stats? I'm looking for ideal implants and I'm small 5'4" 120 lbs sometimes it's hard to tell what would look good as different body shapes vary. Also where is your incision? Thank you!'

I am same stats as you. Dr. Gelfant did my ideal implants also. I used 250 cc implants. I had lift with anchor scar. Healing great. Using scar strips. Boobs feel very natural. Of course they take a while to get to their final resting spot but well worth it. Hope this helps
