WORTH IT
Still happy, 4.5 years later. Just need a little forehead Botox, lol! Face and neck still nice, eyes were never done, but I don’t mind the wrinkles there. Highly recommend Dr. lev. The experience was very good and memorable.

I’m going to give you all an update. First off, I’m Very happy with the result! That said, I lost feeling in my scalp with the forehead lift. The feeling has partially returned and I don’t really notice it ( unless I hit my head and hardly feel it!) I do have some minor scarring behind one ear that could be fixed with a quick surgery but I just cover it with my hair.
My neck is still quite taut, it’s not painful or anything and I want my neck to stay that way!
I have put most of my weight I lost back on( I blame covid!) so my face is a little fuller. A man that hadn’t seen me in a couple years told me yesterday that I look like I could be in my thirty’s! I’m good with that.
Someone asked about Dr Levs facility. Honestly I could tell you if it is state of the art, I only saw his office and exam room which is pretty basic. If you are looking for state of the art and high end surgery center this is not for you. I trusted DR Lev based on all his positive work online, but you are going to a foreign country, so you should keep expectations realistic.

Updated before and after
26 days post before and after. Top of scalp still numb, ( no pain just feels weird) cheeks still a bit swollen unevenly, but changing daily, and numbness on sides of face. I am happy, I feel like the swelling g and numbness is changing so I think that means nerves coming back.

I had a nice experience. Stayed at what is technically an assisted living facility in Costa Rica. Nice room, nursing and all staff was so great! Made me feel safe and took care of me and the meals were delicious and delivered to my room. My doctor was friendly and basically I put my face in his hands. I put my trust in his reviews and his website pictures. I don’t really know what I would have done if something went wrong, so I got healthy before I went.

Good luck, hope you share with us too! When you’re in those first few days, remember it will improve after the first week. Sleep sitting elevated,and don’t move your head a lot(Doc will tell you this too)
Had my facelift, chin implant, and neck lift exactly three years ago with Dr. Lev and am still happy with the results. I don't look the same that I did three years ago and I knew that time wouldn't stand still just because I had a facelift. Dr. Lev is a wonderful surgeon and person. I know that you will be happy with the final results!
