WORTH IT$8,900
February 2025 was eight years post op for my lower face, neck and blepharoplasties surgeries.
The results are still good, but I’m now seeking consultations for a refreshed facial rejuvenation.

SEVEN YEARS post op! Still thrilled!
I cannot believe it’s been seven years since I had my lower face and neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasties!! The surgery is still holding up very very well, although I am starting my plans for my next lower face lift and possibly brow lift.
I put a lot of effort into keeping my skin as healthy as possible, and maintain a healthy weight and diet. I have also used Dysport, Sculptra and some lip filler. Overall these surgeries were worth every penny and I am still thrilled with the results. I’m happy to answer any questions.

Thanks so much for posting all those pics! So helpful. You look amazing, at least 10+ yrs younger and your eyes look like they doubled in size - incredible/beautiful. Did your scars behind ears ever fully go away or do they leave the (often) traditional white thin lines surgery produces on fair skin? Again, so appreciate all the pics over such a long timeline-extremely helpful. You look fantastic!
Hello and thank you so much for your kind comments! I do have some light scarring still visible behind my ears, and slightly above the ears. I don't notice it anymore to be honest. With the. Exception of my eyes, I generally have hypertrophic scars everywhere else on my body, so these aren't too bad. Thank you for following my review!

Six years post op before and after
Here is a side by side to show the change in my face over six years. The photo on the left was actually taken about five months post op in 2017, and I appear to be squinting into the sun. The photo on the right was taken four days ago.
I almost can’t believe both pix are of me.
The change shows that some swelling still was abating a few months after the surgery. I have also lost about 15 pounds and four percent body fat, plus I get Botox regularly which has eliminated the deep lines between my brows and on my forehead. I also try to take really good care of my skin to keep it youthful.
I am so grateful for these procedures, and the opportunity to share my journey with the RealSelf community!

Thank you for sharing the photos through your entire process! You look amazing! You mentioned you lost 15 lbs after the procedures, did it change your results? I’m hoping to lose another 15lbs but am concerned with how everything will snap back after the procedure and wish I would’ve lost it before. I’m same age bracket. Thanks
Hello! My weight loss actually improved my results. My face slimmed down over a few months, and I believe that combined with the gradual decrease in swelling, improved my results. I would suggest that you discuss skin elasticity with your surgeon. For example, my surgeon said I didn't need a skin "pinch" or removal under my eyes since my skin had decent elasticity. If your later weight loss is gradual, your skin should be able to adjust.
I personally wouldn't let that stop me from going ahead. A fifteen pound gradual loss is unlikely to cause sagging in your face.
