I e been thinking about how I always look tired and my lower face looks like it belongs to someone else! I got a referral from my GP during a annual physical. I had multiple consults scheduled, but I stayed with my first choice because I liked the results his patients had--they still looked like themselves in the after photos. I'm freaking out since tomorrow is my surgery. I need to get through the hour prep before I go under and I'll be okay. I've told very few people because hearing "you look great you don't need any work" actually makes me feel like I'm seeing things that aren't there. After convincing my husband that it was not a trick question, he finally answered that yes, he could see the. Jowls. Yay! I'm not crazy. I'll write back tomorrow when I'm out of suregery ????

8 hours post op. So far the hardest part was the waiting before the surgery. So nervous! Surgery lasted about 3 1/2 hours. Headwrap isn't as bad as I had read online. Eating is challenging since I can open my mouth due to the wrap. Swelling is starting and oh boy, I can see I'm going to get big! Lol

Feeling more pain 12 hours post op. Swelling quite a bit. My ears are ringing. Too much swelling? Not sure what normal is and wonder if bandage is contributing to the pressure? Taking 1 hydrocodone every 2 hours but considering taking the max dose prescribed. Worried about nausea from it.
