Leonard Lu, MD, is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and has over 14 years of experience. He has demonstrated a commitment to excellence throughout his education, training, and career.
With 30+ years of regenerative medicine experience, I am a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Fellowship Trained Eye Plastics Surgeon, and U of I & Northwestern graduate.
Dr. Kathleen Morno, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist with 20 years of experience. Since beginning her career, she has successfully expanded her scope of practice to encompass aesthetic procedures and oculoplastic surgeries, including Botox, dermal fillers, hair transplant, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), ThermiVa, threadlifting, and PRP injections. Currently, she works as a hair restoration and aesthetics specialist at RL Center for Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Dr. Morno received her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. She went on to complete a residency in ophthalmology at Loyola University Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in hair transplantation with Dr. Carlos Puig, a hair transplant surgery specialist. A fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, she has been recognized for her expertise in injectables and is a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute, the makers of Botox and Juvéderm.
Dr. Fadi Bakhos is a board-eligible plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. A Chicago native, he completed his General Surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center and completed his Plastic Surgery Fellowship from the prestigious Cleveland Clinic in Florida. Dr. Bakhos prides himself on being able to combine creativity with surgical expertise to make a positive impact on people’s lives. His focus is always patient education and forming long-lasting relationships to help make his patients feel safe and comfortable.

Nobody could tell me I have a double chin now

A: From the photos you provided your nipples appear to be in a good position. I don't think a lift is necessary. A breast augmentation alone will give you a nice result.
A: Not necessarily. Facelifts can be done with sedation or local only. It just depends on what you and your surgeon are comfortable with.
A: Based off of this photo, it does look like you have some breast ptosis or sagging. A breast lift would bring the nipples up to the ideal position which is typically at, or just above, the level of the breast fold. This would also redistribute the breast tissue into a higher position and give you an improved breast shape. If you are seeking more upper pole fullness or larger size, this would achieved with placement of an implant. Breast augmentation with an implant and a breast lift are often performed at the same time so it wouldn't necessarily have to be two separate surgeries. I hope this helps.
A: At age 32, I would consider non surgical options first before jumping into a facelift. Ellacor is something you can consider. It's a newer treatment that takes micro-cores of tissue out of your skin and your skin essentially tightens to fill those gaps left behind. You can get some more information and see some pictures on their website if you're interested.
A: Without seeing what your breasts look like it's difficult to give a recommendation on needing a lift or not. The nice thing about saline implants is that they can be deflated. Your surgeon should be able to delate the implants in clinic with a needle. This would give you an idea of what your breasts would look like without implants, and help you in making your decision about getting a lift or not. This only works with saline implants and you have to be 100% decided on getting them out, because they can't be reinflated after this.
