Ive consulted with my local dermatologist about skin rejuvenation & help with some atrophic scarring on face - chin, temples, nose. He recommended Virtue RF Microneedling. I met with his esthetician, shes been doing the procedure for 1 year on patients. I asked her about depth and she said she always does an aggressive treatment at 3.5mm. I have thin, translucent, easily damaged skin. Im wanting to improve it, not make it worse. Is 3.5mm too deep?
I had deep voluma fillers placed in my cheeks to reduce malar bags that recently formed. They look great! But, the malar line is still there and Id like to reduce it even more. Doctor said superficial juvaderm fillers in the lines but I also spoke with another doctor about VirtueRF. Id rather not spend money on both what is best? Pictures attached.
I had VirtueRF done on face and neck - just finished my second treatment Monday. Considering doing threading to help with loose skin on my neck. Is it more beneficial to do this now and then have my third treatment? Combining treatments for maximum effect - or better to finish VirtueRF and then do the threading. Trying to maximize tightening and collagen production/effects.
