Should testicular implants wait until after I (FTM) have had the phalloplasty surgery, or would it be safe to combine these procedures into one treatment? I don't want to go for too much at once if it is more likely to cause complications.
In a RealSelf review for testicular implants, a patient reported that his implants feel very hard to the touch, and not particularly natural. Is this due to the type or brand of implant used (it isn't specified in the review), or is this common to all testicular implants? I'd love to know if there are any brands that offer a more natural feeling implant.
The literature I've read on the low complication rates and safety of testicular implants is reassuring, but I'm wondering about their durability. How well do these implants hold up against the strain of day to day living? If I were to have an accident in the groin area, would they be vulnerable to complications like ruptures/leaks?
Hi! I read that the biggest risks when getting testicular implants are infections and extrusion. What causes extrusion to happen, and are there any precautions I can take to minimize the risk? How common is this complication?
I am a 49yrs old. Natural real male. I only have 1 testicle after a surgery in high school. I had a vasectomy at 25yrs old. When nude and erect I look like a Unix with no testicles. My wife and I are swingers and I have a larger penis which at swapping clubs draws a lot of attention but with only 1 testicle which hides due to no sack when growing its a-self esteem issue and profoundly uncomfortable to perform. How much to add a artificial one plz
I was wondering if it would be possible to get really large Testicular Implants, i mean like small breast implant large. I have not seen any implants that I am happy with in size. I was also wondering if it would be possible to get a type of expander implants for Testicular Implants. I really want to know, I would like to drastically enlarge said area and would like to do so without resorting to dangerous means. Thank You for your time.
