Can anything be done to give testicular implants a softer feel?

In a RealSelf review for testicular implants, a patient reported that his implants feel very hard to the touch, and not particularly natural. Is this due to the type or brand of implant used (it isn't specified in the review), or is this common to all testicular implants? I'd love to know if there are any brands that offer a more natural feeling implant.
