Will opus & Kybella help my fat pockets & saggy skin? Or is something else recommended?

I have been very interested in having the Opus plasma treatments but I have some concerns. I've read reviews on this site that it can stretch out skin. Can this happen? I thought this procedure was very safe.

I am having another Opus Laser treatment and wondering what is the best product to use after? Also, should I start with a product right away or wait until the healing is done? Is hyaluronic Acid Serum good to use on the face either after the opus treatment or at any time?

Wanting to have Opus Plasma treatment to my neck and face. Are multiple (2 or 3) low energy (intensity) Opus Plasma treatments as effective as one high energy session?
