Can Opus Plasma help treat the raised bump scars on chin? (Photo)

I have had some scars on my chin for a decade. They may have been acne bumps that scarred over time. I’ve had little luck w dermatologists. HI did 5 sessions of micro needling. Didn’t help. One medi spa said Opus Plama may help?
