Hair Transplant + 4 Months Post-op Q&A

I had a FUE hair transplant about 4.5 months ago. However, I massaged my head extremely hard 6 weeks after my hair transplant and noticed a lot of small hairs fall out. As of today, there has not been much growth, specifically in the area that I massaged hard (frontal region). Of course I learned afterwards that I should have only gently massaged my hair. What are the chances that I have damaged/lost grafts from massaging too hard?

At 4th month Ive noticed a couple of transplanted hairs that grew ( about 4-5 strands) fall out each wash. Is this normal? Are those hairs permanently lost or would they grow back ? Thank you !!

Done my HT 18 weeks back No hair is failing off now. Sometimes bit oily. Can anyone tell me is this a decent progress please?

Should I just give up trying to hope that it will turn better?  I feel like I ruined it.

Hi there, I live in a city which experiences extremely cold winters (between -30C and -40C). Do I need to take any particular care about the transplanted hair. I am in the 4th month post transplant. Thanks

i just had my hair transplant 4 months ago and and i have always been a fitness freak, i do use supplements such as protein, BCAA. i used to use Creatine monohydrate and it has been one of my favorite supplements to use but then i came across some studies which say it raises your DHT levels which causes hair loss. i want to know if we have some solid studies which support their claims or is it just a bro science, im afraid using it might cause my existing hair to fall. thank you :)

Yesterday I walked acroos the beach for 20 minutes where very strong wind was over my head , and moving my hair violently in all directions , and i was really feeling my hair up there being being pulled back and all that...nothing abnormal was seen , but Im just worried about my results ?? Will this have any effects ?( given it was strong wind) ? P.S Im 4 months post op.

Just wanted to ask you a quick personal question. I have been taking Finasteride and Biotin regularly since then, I just wanted to ask you I took a Sexual Performance enhancing pill I took just one pill (Dapoxetine+Tadalafil) a couple of days back. But I believe it's effect lasts for a long time in the blood isn't it ? But Taking one pill will it cause any obstacle in my Transplanted Hair growing ?

Hi, almost on verge of completing 4 months of hair transplant. There is very low growth. Few hairs that probably never left the scalp, are the only ones that are growing, apart from very less growth from other hairs. Looks even uglier than before. Is it a bit slow, or Has my hair transplant looks like a bit of failure??

1- Doctor, I am currently finished 110 days after hair transplantation. I used a shaver and used the largest comb in the machine so as not to hurt the hair implanted Is there harm to use it or not ? 2- I am currently finished 110 days after hair transplantation can i walk in sun for 1 hour ?
